There are a number of things to take into consideration when installing a lawn. Landscape Concepts addresses all of the following:
- Soil- PH which is altered to allow for more nutrient availability.
- Compost- can be incorporated to reduce soil compaction, provide nutrients, and break up clay.
- Clean soil- we remove all existing vegetation, either by cutting it off or spraying it.
- Timing- soil Compaction is very important, so the soil is somewhat dry at the time of installation. Soil that is too wet will settle unevenly.
- Exposure- we select correct seed mix to match the sun exposure that the lawn will receive after installation.
We provide information on lawn care after installation.
