Sprinkler Systems

Landscape Concepts has 18 years of experience installing sprinkler systems, from the small front yard to school soccer fields. We use primarily Hunter and Weathermatic products. Systems can be connected to city water, well water, or both. We install all of our small sprinklers on funny pipe, a flexible hose allowing height or location movement after installation without cutting the pipe. Sprinkler systems design is based on water volume, water pressure, plant size (so high pop sprinklers are installed where needed), sun/shade exposure and the plant water requirements. Sprinkler systems that are installed and operated correctly will provide a better looking landscape and reduce the water usage. Most people who water with a hose, either over water or underwater. Watering during the wrong time of day is another common problem with hose watering.

PVC pipe installation depth is important and is often overlooked. We install all our piping to a minimum of 12". This is important if you later plant/transplant plants, or install a new lawn, so you don’t dig up or rototill any pipe. Contact us.
